Job Description
Job Summary:
- We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Infant/Toddler Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children.
Duties:
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities for infants
- Create a nurturing and safe environment where children can learn and grow
- Provide individualized attention to each child
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff
- Monitor and document children's progress and behavior
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a comprehensive curriculum
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred)
- Previous experience working with young children in a daycare or preschool setting
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices
- Strong classroom management and behavior management skills
- Certification in First Aid/CPR is a plus
