Job Description
Teacher Assistant-Infant/Toddler
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Under the direct supervision of the Teacher-Infant/Toddler, the Teacher Assistant-Infant/Toddler will assist in managing the classroom, playground supervision of children, preparing materials for learning activities, participating with and guiding children in learning activities, assist in providing safe and sanitary environments for children and working with parents/legal guardians in reference to planning for children's needs.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma/GED and have an Infant/Toddler CDA credential (OR) are enrolled in a program that will lead to an associate or bachelor's degree in child development or early childhood education (OR) are enrolled in a CDA credential program to be completed within two years of the date of hire.COMPENSATION
Jefferson Co. $16.80 - $25.38 Based on verified education and experience. Bullitt/Eminence/Gallatin/Henry/Oldham/Owen/Shelby/Spencer/Trimble $15.74 - $24.15 Minimum being high school diploma. Maximum being BA degree and 10 years of experience.Benefits:
