Job Description

Summary:
As a floater, your job will be to replace teachers who are scheduled off. Each day you will be with a different age group of children and assist co-teachers in completing daily tasks and schedules. You must be flexible and willing to work with different ages. These ages range from 12 months to 4 year olds. The schedule is 4/10s. Hours are 7:00-5:30 with a set day off during the week.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide assistance to teachers to follow out their daily schedule.
  • Help maintain a positive learning environment while helping manage classrooms
  • Conduct daily cleaning and sanitation duties
  • Follow instructions per teacher's request
  • Be flexible with different age groups ranging from 12 months-4 year olds
Requirements:
  • 18 years or older
  • pass a background check
