Percentage Of Time 15 Posting Detail Information Minimum Experience Required At the Instructor level, must have significant professional work experience in the teaching discipline. The professional experience must be of at least 5 years, significant in responsibility, and related to the teaching areas. In addition, the candidate must have strong professionalism and written and oral communication skills. Minimum Education Required At the Instructor level, the individual must hold a Master's Degree in Management or Master's Degree in Business Administration with a Management concentration, or closely related field, preferably from an AACSB accredited school. At the Assistant/Associate level, Ph. D. or D.B.A. in Management of related field, preferably from an AACSB accredited school; ABD will be considered, but must provide strong evidence that all Doctoral requirements are completed, less the dissertation.
