School Year Pay Rate:
Up to $25/hour ?? Role Responsibilities Provide direct support to students in 1:1 and small group settings Assist with behavior support plans and academic activities Collect and record data on student behavior and progress ? Ideal Candidate Has Experience in Special Education and Behavioral Support Comfort working with students with high needs and behavioral challenges Skills in de-escalation , data collection , and behavior tracking Patience, flexibility, and a calm demeanor in dynamic environments Willingness to support other students and classrooms as needed
Minimum Requirements:
