In this pivotal role, you will lead the development and implementation of innovative curricula, oversee classroom operations, and support the professional growth of teaching staff. Responsibilities Lead curriculum development initiatives to ensure engaging, inclusive, and standards-aligned learning experiences for students. Oversee daily classroom activities, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to educational policies. Supervise teaching staff by providing mentorship, conducting evaluations, and supporting their professional development. Collaborate with senior leadership to develop strategic plans that enhance program quality and expand outreach efforts. Manage budgets related to educational programming, supplies, and staff resources with precision and accountability. Coordinate fundraising efforts to secure additional resources for program growth and enrichment activities. Facilitate effective communication with parents, community partners, and stakeholders through public speaking engagements and meetings. Requirements Proven experience in education administration, teaching, or classroom management with a focus on student engagement. Strong background in curriculum development, strategic planning, and budgeting processes. Demonstrated leadership skills with experience supervising teams of educators or staff members. Excellent public speaking abilities to represent the program confidently in various forums. Management experience in an educational setting is highly desirable. Working knowledge of education policies, classroom best practices, and student-centered approaches. Ability to inspire teams through effective management, supervision, and mentorship strategies.
