    Massachusetts, USA Role Overview Join our school in Massachusetts as a Lead Montessori Guide for the Toddler Community (15 months
  • 6 years).
This role is designed for a native Spanish-speaking professional dedicated to the 0-3 developmental plane within an authentic immersion setting. The Distinction Our program is strictly centered on a prepared environment and purposeful work . We utilize real materials to foster independence and discipline, operating without the use of toys or fantasy. You will lead a classroom supported by a faculty comprised entirely of native Spanish-speaking Montessori professionals. Candidate Requirements We are currently prioritizing native Spanish speakers who hold U.S. citizenship or legal residency .
Certification:
Montessori credential (AMI, AMS, or equivalent) or currently enrolled in an accredited program.
Expertise:
Deep understanding of the 0-3 age group and immersion-based instruction.
Status:
Established permanent authorization to work in the U.S.
