Requirements:
Completed High School Diploma or GED course One of the following: o 6-12 months of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, OR o Associate's degree in human, social, or educational services, OR o Certification in a behavioral management field Ability to maintain various physical postures (standing, sitting, kneeling, bending, squatting) Willingness to assist with basic care needs, including feeding, diapering, and toileting

Implement treatment and behavior support plans under supervision Support skill development, communication, and independence Collect basic data and follow program protocols Create a safe, positive, and structured environment for clients
