  • Position Overview
  • We are seeking a dedicated
  • ABA Paraprofessional
  • to support students for the remainder of the current school year in Fall River. This role focuses on providing
  • 1:1 or small-group behavioral and instructional support
  • to students with special needs, under the guidance of a
  • BCBA, special education teacher, or related service provider
  • .
    • Key Responsibilities
    • + Implement individualized
    • Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
    • programs and behavior intervention plans + Provide one-on-one or small group support to students throughout the school day + Collect accurate data on student behavior and skill acquisition + Support students with academic tasks, social skills, and daily routines + Utilize positive behavior support strategies and reinforcement systems + Assist with transitions, lunch, recess, and classroom activities + Collaborate with teachers, BCBAs, and support staff to ensure consistency + Maintain a safe, supportive, and structured learning environment •Qualifications•+ High school diploma or equivalent required + Experience working with children with special needs and/or ABA preferred + Coursework or training in ABA, psychology, education, or human services a plus + Ability to follow behavior plans and take direction from clinical and instructional staff + Strong communication skills, patience, and reliability •Schedule & Duration•+ •Immediate start•through the end of the school year + Monday-Friday, school-day hours + No long-term commitment beyond the school year (unless mutually agreed) •Compensation & Benefits•+ Competitive hourly pay + Steady weekday hours + Hands-on ABA and school-based experience + Supportive team environment with clinical oversight •Why Join Us?

    • Minimum Requirements:
    • + High School diploma or equivalent required + Comply with all relevant professional standards of practice + Current CPR if applicable + TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable + Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation) + Must meet all federal, state and local requirements + Must be at least 18 years of age
