Full Job Description Now Hiring:

School-Based ABA Paraprofessionals Hingham, MA $25/hour | Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 830AM-300PM Working with Elementary School-Aged Students Benefits Included Make a Meaningful Impact Every Day Are you an experienced ABA paraprofessional with school-based ABA experience ? Join our team in Hingham, MA, and support middle school students in a structured, collaborative, and positive academic environment. Your work will help students build communication, independence, and essential learning skills. What You'll Do Provide 1:1 and small-group ABA support in an middle school setting Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance Collect accurate data and document student progress Collaborate closely with teachers, school staff, and clinical teams Maintain a supportive, safe, and encouraging learning environment Support with toileting as needed

What We're Looking For Required:

Minimum Requirements:
