Position Overview We are seeking a caring, collaborative, and enthusiastic Early Childhood Teaching Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate is professional, patient, creative, and enjoys working as part of a supportive classroom community. A sense of humor, flexibility, and strong communication skills are essential. Qualifications EEC Teacher Certification is preferred. We are willing to sponsor Montessori training for the right candidate and will consider applicants currently working toward a bachelor's degree.
