We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Teacher's Assistant to support classroom operations at an early childhood education center in Woburn, MA. This role involves assisting lead teachers in creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for children.

Assignment Details:

Initial assignment length: Minimum of 4 weeks Strong potential for extension or transfer to a nearby center based on performance and staffing needs

Schedule:

Typical hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 6:00

Pay Rate:

$22/hour

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the lead teacher with daily classroom activities Support the implementation of lesson plans and educational programs Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment Supervise children during activities, meals, and outdoor play Foster positive relationships with children, staff, and families Ensure compliance with all center policies and state regulations

Qualifications:

Previous experience working with children preferred EEC certification is a plus (required for Teacher-level role) Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment Reliable and punctual Why Join Arbor Associates?
