Holding Immediate Interviews for Paraprofessionals in
Essex County/Wilmington, MA:
Join Our Team of Education Superheroes for ESY!
Responsibilities:
Assist teachers with daily instructional activities and classroom management Provide one-on-one or small-group support to students, including those with special needs Help implement and reinforce individualized education plans (IEPs) under teacher supervision Monitor student progress and share feedback with the classroom teacher Prepare classroom materials and maintain a positive, organized learning environment Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student success Perform other related duties to enhance the learning experience
Qualifications:
Associate's degree or college coursework in education preferred Experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with teachers, students, and parents Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and administrators Come join a therapist-owned organization that values your expertise and supports you throughout the school year.
