Job Description:
Program Assistant Ultimate Staffing is working with a non-profit organization that is seeking an Program Assistant. Great opportunity to get your foot in the door with an organization that values its employees, has a positive office culture, and makes an impact on the community. The ideal candidate will have a positive, upbeat attitude with empathy and caring for others. They will train on all aspects of the role! Monday
  • Friday schedule either 8:00 am
  • 4:00 pm 100% onsite in Annapolis, Maryland Private parking on site $16
  • $19 hourly based on experience
Program Assistant Responsibilites:
  • Support the Director and Assistant Director with administrative duties.
  • Monitor the completion of reports and follow up with managers.
  • Work closely with billing department to ensure all documentation from staff has been entered.
  • Review quarterly reports for completion and turned in by deadline before submitting to Director.
  • Assist with reviewing variance in reporting.
  • Assist with scheduling for program members.
  • Respond to emails with excellent communication in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Any experience with PayCom or iCare Manager is a plus.
  • Compassionate and caring demeanor.
  • Background in medical or educational field is a plus.
  • Experience with handling confidential information.
