WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Support lead teachers with afternoon activities and routines
- Assist children with snacks, nap time, diapering, and transitions
- Engage children in play and developmentally appropriate learning
- Help keep classrooms safe, clean, and organized
- Promote positive behavior and social-emotional growth ✅
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- Experience in childcare, babysitting, or early education (preferred)
- Infant/Toddler experience is a plus
- Patient, dependable, and great with young children
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift
- 45-hour Child Development training preferred — or willingness to complete
