Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m.

$19.16 per hour Make an Impact Behind the Scenes Join The Arc of Washington County and help keep our Adult Residential Program running smoothly. As a Residential Program Assistant , you'll use your administrative skills to support our team, ensure accurate documentation, and help maintain a person-centered, supportive environment for the individuals we serve. If you're organized, dependable, and passionate about helping others, this role is a great fit. What You'll Do Provide administrative and clerical support to the Residential Program Demonstrate strong customer service and person-centered practices Process monthly documentation accurately and on time Assist with maintaining Arc property, including vehicles and equipment Support purchases for the program and individuals supported Multitask while following established procedures Provide emergency direct-care coverage in a residential home when needed Perform other duties as assigned What You'll Need High School Diploma or GED Minimum of 2 years clerical/administrative experience Minimum of 1 year working in an Adult Residential setting Valid driver's license with at least 2 years of driving experience Ability to lift/transfer 50 lbs. and implement proper safety/restraint techniques Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Ability to safely transport individuals when needed Why You'll Love Working Here Health, dental, and supplemental insurance (shared cost) Company-paid life insurance & short-term disability 403(b) retirement plan with company match 14 PTO days + 7 paid holidays Casual dress code Regular staff appreciation events Training and professional development opportunities If you're looking for a role where your strengths truly make a difference, we'd love for you to join our team.
