Qualifications:

Primary Responsibilities:
Assist classroom teachers with instructional activities, individualized learning plans, and classroom management Support students with special needs or those requiring extra assistance Help prepare learning materials and organize classroom resources Encourage student participation and positive behavior Supervise students in classroom, hallway, lunchroom, or playground settings as assigned Provide feedback to teachers regarding student progress and areas of concern Foster a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for all learners Working as a paraprofessional is an excellent way to build experience in education, contribute to student success, and develop rewarding relationships with children and colleagues alike.
