Position Overview The Teaching Assistant plays an essential role in our classrooms by supporting teachers and helping create a joyful, engaging, and structured learning environment. This role is perfect for someone who is caring, dependable, and excited to grow in early childhood education. You'll work closely with lead and associate teachers to support children's learning, guide positive behavior, and help classrooms run smoothly. What You'll Do Support Children's Learning Assist with daily classroom activities and curriculum implementation Engage children through play, conversation, and hands-on learning Support a variety of learning styles and developmental needs Help prepare materials and activities that spark curiosity and joy Support the Classroom Help maintain a safe, calm, and organized classroom environment Encourage positive behavior, participation, and kindness among children Supervise children during transitions, meals, and outdoor play Assist with observations, documentation, and daily routines What We're Looking For Experience working with children (preferred, but we're happy to support the right candidate!)
