Job Overview Join our team as an Assistant Teacher, where your enthusiasm and dedication will help create a nurturing and dynamic learning environment for young children. In this role, you will support lead teachers in delivering engaging lessons, managing classroom activities, and fostering a positive atmosphere that promotes early childhood development. Duties Assist lead teachers in implementing age-appropriate lessons across subjects such as literacy, math, and social-emotional skills. Support classroom management by encouraging positive behavior and maintaining a safe, organized environment. Help facilitate classroom routines, including snack time, nap times, and transitions between activities. Communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members to ensure a collaborative approach to early childhood education. Contribute to creating an inclusive space that supports children's emotional well-being and developmental milestones. Requirements Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues. Ability to assist in lesson planning and curriculum development tailored to diverse learning needs. Passion for working with young children and commitment to their growth and development.
