Per Master Contract - Category 1, Step 1: $16.50/hour for new employees. Existing employees will remain on their current contractual step placement. May earn an additional .35 cents / hour premium with an Associate's degree or higher education or passage of the MTTC (or equivalent) test in reading, writing, and math
HOURS OF WORK
7:15am - 2:45pm on Student Attendance Days with a 30-minute paid lunch on-campus

Summary:
Works under the direction of a certified teacher to support instruction in core content areas (reading, writing, math, science and social studies) for students identified as eligible under Section 31a At-Risk funding. This position provides targeted academic support to help improve student achievement and engagement.
