Help support the Lead Teacher in creating a safe and engaging environment for young children, facilitating their growth and development through interactive play and structured activities.Responsibilities:
Assist the lead teacher with operation of the classroom. This includes but not limited to the following: assist in implementing curriculum, develop parental rapport, ensure safety and health of children and provide a consistent, positive and caring environment to children in your care. Provide quality child care and educational development services to infants, toddlers, preschoolers and school age children. Complete required training required by the state. Be aware of rules and regulations in a childcare setting. Attend staff meetings. Treat all staff members professionally. Be a team player and have fun!
