Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum plans that promote childhood development and learning through creative activities such as theater, dance, cooking, and photography Lead classroom activities with enthusiasm, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for children of various ages and abilities Manage classroom behavior using positive reinforcement techniques and effective behavior management strategies Support children's social-emotional growth through nurturing interactions and individualized attention Assist in lesson planning tailored to early childhood education standards and special education needs Coordinate extracurricular activities like ballet, sewing projects, or culinary sessions to enrich the learning experience Maintain clear communication with parents and guardians regarding children's progress and classroom events Skills Strong background in curriculum development across diverse subjects including theater, dancing, cooking, photography, sewing, and early childhood education Proven experience in teaching or working with children in preschool or early childhood settings Excellent classroom management skills to foster a positive learning environment Ability to tutor or support students with varying needs, including those requiring special education accommodations Skilled in lesson planning that integrates arts, movement, culinary arts, and other creative disciplines Experience with behavior management techniques suitable for young learners Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in childcare settings Embark on a rewarding journey where your passion for education transforms lives! Pay:
