The ideal candidate is an organized , flexible , and self-starter who works collaboratively to support the classroom teacher and foster a nurturing learning environment for young children. Responsibilities Assist the lead teacher in implementing daily lesson plans and activities. Support children's social, emotional, and academic development in a faith-centered environment. Maintain an organized and safe classroom setting. Adapt to changing classroom needs and assist with various tasks as needed. Work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families to promote student success. Encourage positive behavior and model respectful interactions. Assist with classroom preparation, clean-up, and materials management. Qualifications Strong commitment to faith-based education and values. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to be flexible and adapt to a dynamic classroom environment. Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative. Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Previous experience working with young children preferred. Effective communication skills with children, parents, and staff.
