Full-Time, Monday-Friday Toddler Teacher Assistant•Early Learning Classroom The Learning Experience•Canton is seeking a dependable Toddler Teacher Assistant to support children during an important stage of language development, independence, and social-emotional growth. This role focuses on helping maintain a nurturing and engaging classroom environment through structured routines, hands-on learning activities, and positive teacher-child interactions. Key Responsibilities Assist with toddler classroom routines and daily activities Support language development and positive social interaction Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment Assist with meals, diapering, and classroom transitions Support developmentally appropriate learning activities and classroom centers Communicate professionally with families and teaching team members Follow Michigan childcare licensing requirements and center policies Qualifications Prior childcare experience required CDA preferred but not required Experience working with toddlers preferred Reliable, patient, and team-oriented approach Must meet Michigan childcare licensing requirements
