Job Description

Summer School Instructional Aide (K-5 Program) Position Summary The Summer School Instructional Aide supports certified teachers in delivering small group instruction and reinforcing literacy skills for elementary students. Key Responsibilities Assist teachers with small group and individualized instruction Support student engagement and behavior in the classroom Help prepare instructional materials and activities Provide supervision and support during program hours Work under the direct supervision of a certified teacher
Program Details Dates:
August 3 - August 13
Schedule:
Monday-Thursday, 4 hours per day
Location:
Dowagiac Middle School Qualifications Highly Qualified (HQ) Aide status preferred/required Experience working with elementary-aged students Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
