Childcare Professional Development Assistance No Late Nights or Weekends Responsibilities:

• Follows all established policies and procedures and complies with licensing rules
• Establishing and maintaining positive child, family and staff relationships while ensuring the highest quality of childcare.
• Actively engaging in classroom activities and with the children as well as communicating effectively with support staff.
• Maintaining a safe and sanitary classroom and a positive, encouraging learning environment.
• Provide constant supervision over children at all times and respond to children's emotional or behavioral needs.
• Take good care of the facilities and keeping it clean and safe.
• Help with feeding, clothing, and changing diapers of children.
