Job Overview We are seeking a Full-Time Lead Teacher and Part-Time Assistant Teacher who share our vision and values. These roles are key to fostering a nurturing, active learning environment where children thrive.

Schedule:

Hours vary between 7:30 AM - 6:30 PM, depending on program needs. As a Teacher at Mi Childcare, you will: Lead by example, bringing enthusiasm and energy to movement-based learning. Foster an inclusive, supportive atmosphere for students, families, and staff. Implement our unique curriculum to support children's physical, social, and academic growth. Create an engaging classroom where learning happens through play, creativity, and exploration.

If You:

Lead Teacher:

Have at least 1 year of center leadership/management experience. Meet Michigan child care licensing requirements for education and experience. Understand and can apply state licensing rules and regulations (required for Lead Teacher). Bring strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
