Ability to communicate positively and effectively with children, parents and building personnel. 3. Ability to maintain high level ethical behavior and confidentiality of information relative to students and student problems/behaviors. 4. Previous experience in directing specific learning activities with young children. 5. Previous experience in preparing teaching materials accurately and promptly. 6. Previous experience in supervising groups of students. 7. Nurturing, caring personality. Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board of Education may find appropriate and acceptable.
