The Kalamazoo Regional Educational Service Agency (KRESA) is a critical part of Michigan's education system serving the Greater Kalamazoo region and provides specialized services to schools and communities and optimizes resources by centralizing innovative programs and services. We partner with school districts and the broader community to offer essential programs including early childhood education, special education, career learning, and educator development, ensuring that learners of all ages receive the support they need. We are currently seeking a Part-Time Early Intervention Program Assistant at West Campus in Kalamazoo, Michigan. The essential responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to: Align services with KRESA Core Values (Collaboration, Innovation, Compassion, Respect, and Integrity) and Culture & Belonging principles to engage and serve all students Special education compliance document preparation, report analysis and coordination with early on providers Compose or transcribe from rough draft; correspondence, bulletins, reports, and other material Arrange and coordinate meetings with room reservation and set up Answer phones and greet visitors to department Monitor and track program budgets Order, stock and distribute supplies according to policies and procedures Sort Mail and process various mailings Attend and take minutes for meetings as requested Perform general bookkeeping duties (purchase orders, cash receipts, invoicing, etc.) Assist Executive Administrative Assistant as necessary with enrollment data Handle program specific duties Regular and consistent attendance Other duties as assigned Qualified candidates will have High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Associate degree preferred. Proficient experience with Microsoft Office programs and experience in customer service.
