The ideal candidate will support teachers and students by assisting with classroom instsupervising studentspervision, and handling daily educational activities. This role plays an important part in creating a positive, safe, and supportive learning environment for all students.

The Paraprofessional will work closely with classroom teachers and the administration to support students' academic, behavioral, and social-emotional growth. Responsibilities Assist teachers with classroom instruction and daily activities Provide one-on-one and small-group student support Help reinforce lessons and instructional materials Support classroom management and student behavior expectations Supervise students during transitions, lunch, recess, and other activities Assist with organizing classroom materials and preparing activities Support students with academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times Collaborate with teachers, staff, and administration to support student success Qualifications High school diploma and ETS tests required; or associate degree or college coursework Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Patience, flexibility, and a positive attitude Ability to build supportive relationships with students and staff Passion for working with children and helping students succeed What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience and qualifications Supportive and team-oriented work environment Opportunities for professional growth and development Meaningful opportunity to positively impact students' lives
