We operate from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for every child. We are seeking a full-time dedicated Preschool Teacher Aide to join our vibrant team! Your hours will be 6 am to 1 pm. In this role, you will support lead teachers in creating engaging, educational, and safe classroom experiences. Assist lead teachers with daily classroom activities and lesson implementation based on curriculum plans. Support children's learning by engaging in age-appropriate activities that promote literacy, math, and social skills. Help manage classroom behavior through positive reinforcement and effective behavior management strategies. Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment. Communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members to ensure a cohesive educational experience. Prepare morning breakfast and lunch according to our meal plan and menu. Previous experience working with young children in daycare or preschool settings is preferred. Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education practices. Ability to work effectively as part of our team. A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their growth and development.
