Academic Year Requirements:
Required Associates degree or higher degree including related college course work; or have completed 60 semester hours, or achieved a minimum ETS Paraprofessional Assessment score of 460. Obtain Therapeutic Crisis Intervention certification within two (2) district training opportunities provided from hire date. Obtain CPR/First/Aid/ AED certification within 60 days of hire date. Successful pre-employment physical exam and criminal records background check. Preferred TCI certification CPR/First Aid/AED certification Experience working with special needs students

Salary/Benefits:
Commensurate with credentials and level of experience and in accordance with MPS salary schedule. Starting hourly rate $18.91 at 35 hours per week and 185 days per year. Full benefit package including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance; Paid leave; Retirement plan.
