High School Graduate Demonstrate through previous work experience an ability to effectively communicate with adults and children. Possess a high degree of organizational skills, time management and professionalism. Be able to work as part of a team Be willing to complete 7-9 hours of professional development throughout the school year Highly Qualified as per the Michigan Department of Education Guidelines- Complete at least two years of study at an institution of higher education (equal to 60 semester hours)
