Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Previous experience as a Paraprofessional, Classroom Assistant, or similar school-based support role is highly valued Understanding of educational support best practices and familiarity with classroom routines Strong interpersonal skills; able to communicate effectively with students, teachers, and families Demonstrates patience, empathy, and adaptability in a dynamic school setting High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework or certifications in education are a plus

Key Responsibilities:
