Qualifications:
Experience working with children required Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills; maintains professionalism and confidentiality Proficient in office software (including Microsoft Excel) and telephone systems Ability to support positive student behavior and follow direction from professional staff Dependable, punctual, with a consistent work history High school diploma required; associate degree preferred
Responsibilities & Duties:
Implement and manage student attendance policies and procedures Provide care for students who are ill or have personal needs during the school day (e.g., taking temperatures, contacting parents, assisting with clothing needs, administering medications, and supporting other health-related needs) Assist office staff and support students as needed Answer phones and direct calls or inquiries appropriately Greet and direct students, parents, and visitors for building access Supervise students during lunch and, if needed, outdoor recess Perform other duties as assigned by the administrator
