Temporary Summer Position Looking for a summer job that's more than just a paycheck? Join us as a Summer Program Aide and help create a safe, supportive, and fun environment for youth participating in our summer mental health program! This is your chance to make a real impact while gaining valuable experience in mental health services, education, and youth development. Under the guidance of a dedicated mental health practitioner, you'll play an important role in supporting youth through therapeutic activities, community outings, and meaningful connections.Pay & Perks:
Starting wage of $16.00 per hour Daytime, weekday hours - keep your evenings and weekends free! Supporting Youth:
Build positive relationships and be a trusted presence for clients throughout the day Supervise activities, field trips, and daily routines to help ensure safety and engagement Assist in implementing personalized mental health plans in a supportive, respectful wayKeeping Things Safe & Clean:
Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment Encourage youth to take pride in their space and practice good habits Follow safety guidelines and report any concerns Being aTeam Player:
Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors Keep accurate records and documentation Participate in group activities and foster a positive, therapeutic vibeWhy You'll Love It:
