The Barnesville Daycare Center in Foxhome, MN is currently seeking a dedicated Teacher Aide to join our team in Barnesville, MN. The Teacher Aide will assist the Lead Teacher in providing a nurturing and educational environment for children in our care. Responsibilities include assisting with daily activities, supervising children, and helping to create a fun and engaging learning experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Lead Teacher with daily activities and lesson plans Supervise and interact with children in a positive and caring manner Help maintain a clean and organized classroom environment Assist with snack and meal times Assist with diaper changing and potty training as needed Communicate effectively with parents and staff
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience working with children preferred Ability to pass a background check Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work well in a team environment Enthusiasm for working with children and helping them learn and grow
