Teacher Aide Position

This position is for anyone 16 years and older who would love to work with children full-time. No college credits needed. Responsibilities Assist lead teachers with daily classroom activities. Support students ensuring they receive personalized attention and encouragement. Manage classrooms to create a safe and productive learning environment. Supervise children during activities, transitions, lunch breaks, and outdoor play to ensure safety and engagement. Maintain clear communication with staff, parents, and caregivers about student progress and classroom activities. Experience Prior experience working with children is highly valued. Strong communication skills are essential for collaborating effectively with staff and engaging positively with children and families. Reliability is needed to promote connections with children and families.
