Job Description

Our Lady of Grace Catholic School is seeking a caring, compassionate, organized, proactive, collaborative, faith-filled, and self-motivated individual to serve as the Assistant Director of Preschool for the 2026-2027 school year. This unique leadership position combines classroom teaching responsibilities with preschool administrative support. The ideal candidate is passionate about early childhood education, enjoys working directly with children, and is eager to support the overall success of the preschool program. The Assistant Director will work under the direction and supervision of the Preschool Director and will assist in carrying out the daily responsibilities and needs of the preschool program. This individual must be flexible, dependable, and willing to perform duties as assigned by the Preschool Director in support of students, staff, and families. The Assistant Director will teach in the half-day mixed-age preschool classroom Monday through Thursday during the first portion of the school day. The remainder of each day, along with all day Friday, will be dedicated to Assistant Director responsibilities supporting the Preschool Director, staff, students, and families.
