We are a small, boutique-style preschool that is committed to raising the bar for early childhood education in Rochester through a child-centered, relationship-based approach inspired by the Reggio Emilia philosophy. As our school continues to expand, we are looking for someone who loves working with young children, values curiosity and creativity, and wants to be part of a collaborative team that believes childhood should be filled with wonder, exploration, and meaningful connections. Position begins Fall 2026, with the option to start this summer for the right candidate. Flexible start dates available between June and August 2026. Qualifications:
