Key Qualifications:

Previous experience working with children with disabilities and/or in classroom or educational environments is preferred An associate's degree, completion of 60 semester credits, or a passing score on the ParaPro assessment is required Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to supporting students' unique learning needs Ability to adapt to varied schedules and classroom dynamics

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with teachers and staff to foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment Provide academic and behavioral support to students, both individually and in small groups Assist with the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) and classroom activities Maintain a safe, engaging learning space Support students during transitions, activities, and mealtimes as needed

Details:
