Job Description We are seeking multiple Paraprofessionals for CSY and ESY summer programs. These positions will support students in classroom and educational settings during summer programming, assisting teachers and staff with instructional, behavioral, and daily student support needs. Candidates should be comfortable working with students with disabilities and adaptable to varying classroom environments and schedules.

Schedule:
Monday-Thursday Typical Hours:
7:30 AM•2:00 PM Full-day and half-day opportunities available depending on program needs
Key Responsibilities:
Support students in classroom and educational activities Assist with behavioral, academic, and social-emotional support Help maintain a structured and positive learning environment Collaborate with teachers and school staff Support students with transitions, routines, and daily activities as needed Requirements Associate's degree, 60 semester college credits, or passing ParaPro assessment required Previous experience working with children with disabilities preferred Classroom or educational setting experience preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to remain flexible and supportive in a fast-paced environment Reliable attendance and professionalism required Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay (based on experience) Weekly direct deposit Flexible scheduling options (full-day or half-day opportunities) Dedicated recruiter support throughout the assignment Opportunity to gain additional school-based experience during summer programming If this opportunity isn't the perfect fit, let's still connect.
