Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Assistant Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in fostering a positive learning environment, assist with social/emotional learning, and provide exceptional care. This position requires a strong commitment to child welfare and development. We pride ourselves on our transparency and willingness to love the children in our care like they are our own. Responsibilities Implement our ready made evidence based curriculum. Ensure all state licensing standards and parent request for diaper changes, bottles, and meals. Assist in maintaining a very clean and tidy environment Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding needs of each child. Provide early intervention strategies for students who require additional support. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge of childhood development. Qualifications Proven experience in classroom management and child welfare practices. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues. A solid understanding of childhood development theories and practices. Ability to create an inclusive classroom environment that supports all learners. Passion for educating young minds and contributing positively to their growth.
