Job Description

Lead and Assistant Teachers Community Day School Full and part time Qualifications Lead - B.S. in Early Childhood /Child Development or CDA with experience preferred Assistant - 9+ hours in Early Childhood or Child Development Course work or CDA preferred
Primary Responsibilities:
Treat children with dignity and respect and keep them safe. Assess children's learning and development. Plan and implement curriculum to address individual needs, culture and socioeconomic background. Document children's learning through panels and portfolios. Manage classroom, share housekeeping responsibilities and uphold the policies of the school. Maintain standards for Missouri licensing. Maintain positive relationships with parents through daily conversations, classroom correspondence and conferences.
