Job Description
Our Company SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care Overview The Clinical Teaching Assistant is a key asset to the overall team. Providing day to day staff, logistical, and administrative assistance to clinicians throughout the program. Triage clients and schedules appointments; assist with teaching kids, screens and refers phone calls, and communicates and interacts with clients; provide clerical, word processing, and staff support to the program, and assists with other duties as assigned. Hours 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Will become a RBT within the first month of employment Responsibilities Responsibilities may include the following but not limited to
- Complete daily clinic cleaning checklist
- Give breaks to behavioral technicians during their session as needed
- Enter client behavior data and skill acquisition data
- Complete any materials for sessions as required by BCBAs
- Ensure all clinically necessary documents are available for technician use
- Audit employee and client files and maintain and organized office system
- Complete monthly inventory
- Word process, mailing, printing, laminating, and creating materials etc.
- Be trained on crisis intervention program to assist therapists as needed with challenging moments occur
