School Year Pay Rate:

$25-$30 We are currently seeking a Classroom Paraprofessional with ASL knowledge for a part time school-based role near Ozark, Missouri for the 2026-2027 academic year . This role will provide classroom support for a young student requiring communication assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver classroom assistance for an early childhood student Communicate using American Sign Language Work collaboratively with teachers and district specialists Assist with classroom mobility and participation activities Encourage student growth in communication and classroom engagement

Qualifications:

ASL fluency or semi-fluency required Ability to sit, stand, and move comfortably in an early childhood classroom Prior school or childcare support experience is a plus Missouri DESE certification preferred but not mandatory A district DHH teacher will assist in the interview process to assess ASL capabilities.
