Job Description

The Urban League of Metropolitan St. Louis, the leading champion of empowerment and opportunity for individuals throughout the region in securing economic self-reliance, social equality, and civil rights, is seeking a highly motivated individual with a passion for helping others to work as a Program Assistant supporting the Save Our Sons program. Key Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for program inquiries and participants. Provide information, assistance, and customer service to clients and stakeholders. Schedule appointments and maintain program calendars. Track and distribute Save Our Sons calendar activities across the agency. Prepare check requests and maintain accurate client files. Order and manage office supplies. Support data tracking and reporting systems. Assist with the preparation of reports, proposals, manuals, presentations, and other program materials. Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum one (1) year of administrative or customer service experience required. College coursework is preferred. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in clerical and administrative functions. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
