  • 3 years).
Our school is a lab school for The Montessori Training Center of St. Louis and as such, we strive to deliver high-fidelity, authentic Montessori. Our school is also committed to providing a supportive, child-centered environment where children can explore, learn, and grow.
Employment Type:
Full-Time (40 hours per week, Mon-Fri 8AM-4PM), year-round The ideal candidate: Works collaboratively with the Guide and floaters to create a safe, healthy, nurturing, environment supporting each child's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth and development. Has experience and a love of working with and alongside young children. Is kind, professional, reliable, creative, organized, and consistent. Has a strong work-ethic and attention to detail. Communicates clearly and positively when speaking and in writing. Is a strong team player. Works well with caregivers. Is curious, loves to have fun and learn new things. Has a bachelor's degree in early childhood development, education, or a related field. Has experience working in an Association Montessori Internationale (AMI) Young Children's Community OR a willingness to learn and implement Montessori.
