Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic Early Childhood Teachers who love to play, explore, and have fun with children!
Requirement:
Must be available for full days on Friday's otherwise this is a flexible role where you'll step in to support our classrooms and teachers. It's perfect if you're in school, a parent with limited hours, or simply someone who enjoys working with kids and making a difference. No prior teaching experience is necessary—we will train you. If you love the outdoors, enjoy being silly, and want to help children learn and grow, this could be the opportunity for you. An early childhood education career path is available for those seeking a degree, CDA, or Montessori certification.
Responsibilities:
Step into classrooms as needed to support daily routines and learning activities Employ a variety of techniques (storytelling, educational play, music, media, etc.) to engage children Supervise play, snack, and nap times to ensure safety and consistency Encourage children to build social skills, problem-solve, and develop confidence Guide children in creative, practical, and educational activities (identifying shapes, numbers, colors, crafts, outdoor play, etc.) Maintain a safe, positive, and structured classroom environment Collaborate with other educators and assist with smooth transitions between activities Communicate with staff and parents as directed to ensure consistent care and understanding Help keep classrooms clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety standards
Skills & Qualifications:
No prior teaching experience necessary—we provide training Strong understanding of child development (preferred but not required) Ability to follow classroom routines and adapt quickly to new situations Reliable, flexible, and friendly with a positive attitude Comfortable managing groups of young children with patience and consistency CPR and First Aid Certification (infant, child, and adult) required within 30 days of hire Cool-tempered, dependable, and a good communicator
Compensation:
Base pay is determined by education and experience.
