Maintain a safe, structured environment. Implement individualized behavior plans. Support youth in developing coping and life skills. Document progress and incidents accurately using our electronic medical record system. Respond calmly and effectively in crisis situations.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Be at least 19 years of age Ability to work collaboratively and maintain professionalism under pressure. Valid driver s license required. Must be able to work evening and weekend shifts.
